Itinerary
Day 1
Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport. Transfer to Keys Hotel for dinner and overnight.
Day 2
: After breakfast, drive to Marangu village. Stay with Chagga family, have opportunity to witness and Chagga culture with a visit to a traditional Chagga house. Participate with members of the family in zero grazing livestock feeding, coffee picking, processing and finally tasting a coffee from which, you have prepared and cooking yourself local food. Enjoy lunch at family house prepared by you with Chagga woman. Enjoy machalari and mtori, “the famous chagga food. Visit the famous Ndoro a waterfall which is a panoramic viewpoint’s ideal for photographing waterfalls and Mount Kilimanjaro. Visit Kilimanjaro National Park Gate, get explanation on history, ecological features, etc., and time to take photo.
The waterfalls are situated in the Kilimanjaro National Park, to the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro.
Located in the beautiful countryside of Marangu surrounded by lush landscapes, you will find this hidden waterfall. At the base of Mt. Kilimanjaro, Ndoro Waterfall is one of the most popular and largest waterfalls in the area. A one-hour hike, descending through the stunning green landscapes of Chagga (the largest tribe in Tanzania) land will bring you to this huge waterfall, here you will have the opportunity to stand underneath the waterfall, even jump off one and go swimming in the refreshing water and have a well-deserved break in the beautiful valley.

Day 11: Chemka Hot Spring
Chemka hot spring is among the best natural water springs found in the Kilimanjaro region though here there’s not much to explore just be ready to spend the day swimming in the Kikuletwa natural hot water spring.
Pick up from Keys Hotel Moshi at around 10:00am and drive to small town called Boma ng’ombe. Take dust road and drive for about 30 minutes through the local villages once approaching the hot spring you will also see some onions farms, arrive at the kikuletwa hot spring have your swimming gears on and start enjoying most of the time here spent on swimming. Enjoy picnic lunch in the shade of the trees. After the tour drive back to Keys Hotel Moshi.
Day 12:
Depart keys Hotel to Lake Manyara. Break at Arusha for 10 minutes at around 10.00am. Nothing much to see on the way. Carry your novel if you can.
10.00am Travel from Arusha to Manyara gate which will take about 1 hour and 30 minutes. You might see the Maasai on the way and Tema Hills. Arrive at the gate around 11.30am. While at the gate, the driver will obtain the permit and then start the game drive straight away. At 12.00 Continue with the game drive for one hour then break for lunch at the bandas. After lunch, at around 2.00pm continue with the game drive for about 3hours then drive to Twiga camp site – Lodge for dinner and overnight. (FB)
Day 13
After breakfast 8.00am depart from Twiga camp site to Ngorongoro. Drive will take about 2 hours. Half day Game drive into the crater. After picnic Lunch drive back to Keys Hotel Moshi for overnight.
Day 14
Transfer to the airport to catch the flight back home.
