Overview
This is the Africa’s Largest National Park which has a staggering size of 30,893km2 and hosting one of the world’s largest concentrations of wildlife. In 1982, It was designated a World Heritage Site by UNESCO; and continued to be known as “Selous Game Reserve’’ the name it gained when declared a national park in 1922. Visitors to this vast sanctuary will be able to see astounding volume of wildlife both rare and common species. The park host the famous ‘’Big Five’’ and some rare species of antelopes like Roan Antelope, Brindled Gnu, Lichtenstein hartebeest, roan, sable antelopes, Kudus etc.!
